QUANDRY (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a workplace intelligence platform that helps organizations connect people data to business outcomes. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, application, and related services.

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials, which are managed through our identity provider.

Workspace content. Data you add to the platform — projects, surveys, survey responses, goals, KPIs, metrics, datasource uploads, reports, and contacts — is stored so we can provide the service.

Survey responses. When a survey is configured as anonymous, responses are stored without identifying the respondent, and we do not attempt to re-identify them.

Usage information. We collect standard technical information such as browser type, device information, and interactions with the service to keep the platform secure and improve it.

We use the information we collect to:

provide, maintain, and improve the platform; process and analyze survey and metric data on your behalf; generate AI-assisted insights and recommendations you request; send transactional emails such as survey invitations, scheduled reports, and account notices; respond to support requests; and protect against fraud, abuse, and security risks.

We do not sell your personal information.

Some features use third-party AI services to generate insights, survey suggestions, and analyses. Content sent to these services is used to produce the requested output and is handled under our agreements with those providers; we do not permit its use to train their general-purpose models.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as cloud hosting, authentication, email, and SMS delivery), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Within the platform, your data is visible only to members of your projects according to the roles and permissions you configure.

We retain workspace content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and role-based access controls. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email before the changes take effect.
